Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Eccellere Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
This policy explains what information Eccellere collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
Eccellere Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Eccellere”, “we”) operates the Eccellere platform at eccellere.in. We decide why and how personal data is processed on the platform (the “data fiduciary” under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
Registered office: [PLACEHOLDER: registered office address]. CIN: [PLACEHOLDER: CIN].
2. What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, business name and a password stored only as a hash.
- Business information you enter or upload: business context, financial statements, diagnostic answers and project details.
- Payment records: plan, amount, GST details and receipt numbers. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Technical data: a session cookie, and basic logs needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use it
- To create your account, run the tools you use and generate your reports.
- To process payments, issue receipts and meet tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse and fix faults.
- To contact you about your account, plan or a request you made.
4. Use of AI
Many tools use AI models to analyse what you provide and draft results. Content you submit to a tool may be sent to our AI service providers solely to produce your result. AI output is a recommendation to review, not professional advice.
We do not use your business content to publish anything about you. Any cross-client benchmarking would be anonymised and aggregated, and would be introduced only with clear notice.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account and business data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. Tax and payment records are kept for the period the law requires. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to those obligations.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us at the grievance contact below.
8. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No online service is completely secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach as the law requires.
9. Children
The platform is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Material changes are notified in the platform or by email.
11. Grievance officer and contact
Grievance officer: [PLACEHOLDER: grievance officer name]. Email: contact@eccellere.in. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within the period the law allows.
