How to cancel, and when payments are refunded.
1. Plan subscriptions
Plans are bought for a monthly or yearly term and give access to the tools in that plan until the term ends. You may choose not to renew at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term.
2. Pay-per-use reports
A report is charged when you download it. Because a report is delivered to you immediately, it is generally not refundable once downloaded, except where it failed to generate or download correctly.
3. When we refund
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- You paid but the plan or report was not delivered.
- A refund is required by law.

4. How to ask
Write to contact@eccellere.in within [PLACEHOLDER: number] days of the payment with your registered email, the receipt number and a short description. We reply within 3 business days.
5. Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show the credit.
